The Steeple Event & Conference Center is a historic multi-usage venue which unites audiences and culture through unique experiences. With five venues to offer, our friendly and resourceful staff will assist organizations and families to plan and execute your successful event. By booking an appointment with our Event Coordinator Cheree Johnson, you will be provided personal service with custom touches throughout your event. Historic Building
This historic building features vaulted ceilings, period lighting fixtures, original stained-glass Tiffany/La Farge style windows, and hand carved wood dating back to 1901. The Sanctuary is a stunning venue featuring white plaster vaulted ceilings, original organ pipes, and eleven sun-lit large stained-glass windows and panels surrounding 325 comfortable seats. Our Memorial Chapel offers these same attractive appointments for a quaint event of 65 guests with direct access to street parking. If searching for a conference table for a business meeting with internet capabilities, we offer the Board Room with century old wooden walls and original stained-glass windows. Hosting possibilities are endless in our main level Banquet Room which accommodates round or rectangular tables for large group dining or theater-style rows of chairs for group presentations. Adjacent to the Banquet Room is a large kitchen for catered and event dining options. A driveway with parking for your caterer is directly outside. Upstairs is a large room equipped for business or group conferences or meetings. Our dedicated parking lot on 7th and Greenwood Avenue or on-street parking is available for patrons and guests.
